Whats on in Southport. If you’re a Social-Smith, then you’ll get right into some of the things we offer exclusively to our residents. Building a community from scratch is just like anything else worth doing. It’s worth doing well. We want the whole of Smith Collective to really feel like home – easy to get around, comfortable and inviting, social and diverse. We are making this community the best place to live on the Gold Coast.
