Impact Housing
As part of our commitment to improving social outcomes, we’re working directly with registered housing providers to supply at least 10% of the apartments in each of our buildings to those who need them most:
Social Housing for women over 55 experiencing or at risk of homelessness
Affordable Housing for key workers who are vital to our communities
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) for young people who need it, but may ordinarily be placed in aged care
