Join our FREE group fitness classes every Thursday and Saturday. Build strength, boost endurance, and break a sweat!

Weekly Yoga with Elvire

Smith Residents can enjoy a relaxing hour of FREE yoga held at the Yoga studio in the Pool area beside Smith 3. Classes are for all levels starting from beginners, just ask Elvire which classes suit you best.

We suggest you arrive at least 5 mins prior to class start time. Bring your mat and water bottle and settle in for a session of self-empowerment.
