Smith Residents can enjoy a relaxing hour of FREE yoga held at the Yoga studio in the Pool area beside Smith 3. Classes are for all levels starting from beginners, ­ just ask Elvire which classes suit you best.

We suggest you arrive at least 5 mins prior to class start time. Bring your mat and water bottle and settle in for a session of self-empowerment.

This relaxed and social gathering is designed for everyone – whether you prefer to walk, jog, or run, the emphasis is on enjoying the spectacular Village Heart Park, moving at your own comfortable pace, and connecting with your neighbours.

No fitness level required, no pressure, just bring yourself (and a water bottle) to enjoy the outdoors and meet fellow community members.

The club is run & shaped by residents, for residents – so come along, bring a project (or just your curiosity), and be part of something cosy and community-minded.
