Every 2 weeks as per the payment calendar. Details on how to pay your rent will be shared with you with your move-in pack.

We do require for you to provide us with a Bond. The bond is equivalent to 4 weeks of rent. This is payable at the time of securing your home with Local. we will lodge the bond to Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) on your behalf. The bond is held by the RTA until the end of your agreement where it is fully refunded based on all fees being paid and no damages are made in the unit.

On move-in day, you will need to visit security office to collect your keys. Valid identification is required to verify identity before keys are issued.

For after-hours key collection, you will need to visit security office and present valid identification. Once your identity is verified, security will issue the keys.

In short, yes. But if you’d rather save yourself the hassle, we do have furnished apartments available for rent.  

All apartments come with a clothes dryer, dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric oven and split system heating and cooling.

Residents must log all maintenance requests through the resident portal. The link to access the portal will be issued to you with your welcome pack when you move in.

Apartment cleaning services are available for a fee. We can help you arrange this before you move in, or if you decide you'd like to add it on regularly or just as a once off, you can do so by emailing your Property Manager.

To connect to the internet, you will need to use the invitation sent to you to set up your account with Gigafy. For other utilities, you will need to complete the Meter Energy Form included in your welcome pack.
